Return Policy
Before returning any item you must contact us directly at 701-663-7749 to discuss reason for the return. Many times an issue can be resolved without the need for a return. If an order is damaged or incorrect we will arrange for return shipping at our expense. Electric Branding irons are warrantied for 1 year from the date of purchase and will be replaced at our expense upon inspection if abuse or neglect did not cause the malfunction. LVR Livestock brands will provide you with a drawing to scale unless you provide one. Upon approval of the drawing your order you be built. All brand drawings will appear on the branded livestock as seen on the drawing. They are not reverse or mirrored images. Any brand built to the approved drawing and deemed incorrect will be replaced at the buyer’s expense.
Terms and Conditions/ Cancellations
All orders include a drawing charge of $25. This is figured into the branding iron total. Cancellation of an order after a drawing has been submitted for approval will be refunded less the $25 for each drawing. If payment is made over the phone $25 will be charged when the drawing is submitted for approval. This amount will be applied towards your total order.
Rush Orders
All rush orders will be assessed a $20 per brand that is rushed. Weather permitting we will ship your brand on time to make its destination when you need it. When a shipment is sent out, we have no control over any delays or lost products, and thus cannot be held responsible for such occurrences.
